He has an uncanny way of explaining his position because of his extensive knowledge in his profession. When it comes to appraisals, you need someone that is a master at their craft and is up to date with the rules and regulations, and this guy knows his stuff. He had all the tools needed to get the request completed with full report. He is Appraiser residential licensed so he is not a trainee or merely an entry level appraiser.
