The price for this service is $50.00 and the reports will be emailed to you as an Adobe Acrobat file. The fee for this service will be applied to the price of the full appraisal service, if ordered. 

This service is NOT an appraisal but will provide you with "Neighborhood" or "Market Area" sales data and statistics.  Our reports transform confusing data into charts and graphs full of information that you can use to make an informed buying, selling, or lending decision.
